
Prison doesn't work. We know this. Multiple studies, articles, and documentaries have attested to this fact over the years.
With the above in mind, how less efficient could a prison be for the wrongfully convicted prisoner?

The trouble with the above scenario is that the prison system is not geared up to cater for the wrongfully convicted. It is much easier to cast every prisoner into the same basket and treat them all the same.
This is an incredibly lazy approach to delivering justice. It serves no real purpose.
The truth is that the justice system is a sham!
