Parents and family members-

As many of you know, a judge ruled IDPHs mask mandate null and void. While the specific case applied to the named schools, the judges footnotes make this mandate illegal at all schools!  Email your child care centers and ask if they will be violating the judges ruling and continuing to force our kids to wear masks. This is a direct violation of the judges ruling! 

Here is our letter to our school:

Will you be sending an email regarding the judges Friday ruling regarding masks? We have been told from the start of this that IDPH is the reason our children are masked, however, the judges ruling on this deems IDPHs ruling null and void. After speaking with our lawyer as well as listening to Tom DeVore, the footnotes apply to all schools not just those named. These mandates violate due process of the law, please advise if The Compass School will continue to enforce this now illegal "rule".
