Support Yuki & Hokuto

The Issue

Himeji City Castle is situated next to Himeji Zoological Park. Described as breathtakingly beautiful and attracting yearly over a million visitors, the same statement can not be said for Himeji zoo.

For Yuki and Hokuto. This is their sad  home, it consists of 15 x 8 meters, connecting with two indoor bedding areas along with a small pool, this exhibit is small for two large polar bears.

Yuki & Hokuto

Saving the Angels of the Seas. Would like to work with the Mayor of Himeji city & the zoological park for immediate changes to be made to benefit Yuki and Hokuto.

Their exhibit  under the five freedoms of the polar bear act 2002, fails them biologically and behaviorally.

We would like either a new exhibit constructed mimicking that of their natural habitat or for these bears to be relocated to another zoo that has the facilities to meet their needs.
