With this in mind, I have sent our petition to the powers that be at ITV, including all of your comments, and am now awaiting a response from them. I have been asked on numerous occasions who I think would be the best candidate to replace Paloma Faith on ITV's Rugby coverage. Having heard many of your opinions and used my own two ears, I think the obvious answer is England Rugby's national anthem singer - soprano Laura Wright. Laura sang 'World in Union' wonderfully at the World Cup Opening Ceremony, and is loved and respected by rugby fans in the UK and beyond, so in my letter to ITV I have nominated Laura as a more than worthy replacement for Miss Faith. Her version of 'World in Union' is, I feel, far more suitable for purpose.
