Hi everyone, 

After a couple of days playing around with the back end of this petition campaign, we officially started sharing our campaign just after lunch yesterday. We now have over 1700 signatures! This is so heart-warming. Thank you for your support. If you haven't already, please consider sharing with your friends, family, colleagues and employees.

We will need a LOT of signatures to get the attention of our political leaders but with people power we can get there! 

P.S if you haven't watched the short video embedded in the petition, please do. Hearing from kids about their experience of poverty builds empathy and understanding. This will hopefully lead to change.
