Signature numbers & description update

There appears to be an issue with the signature number updating. Change.org have been contacted. 

UPDATE: According to Change.org, the system records all signatures from the moment a petition is published but takes some time to update. 

UPDATE: The description for this petition was updated so as to inform the wider public of the issue.
