I’m Kristina - I live in Islington and have been working on getting the council to switch to 100% plant-based catering for internal meetings and events. Getting the council to commit to this switch is key in our overall goal of transitioning to a plant-based food system, which is necessary to solve the climate and biodiversity crises, and is best for animals.
