ما امضا کننده‌گان ایرانی ِ این بیانیه با هر گونه یاری ِ نظامی و غیر نظامی رژیم اسلامی حاکم بر ایران در تداوم جنگ افروزی و قتل‌عام مردم سوریه و سایر نقاط جهان قویا مخالف‌ایم . ما که خود قریب ۴ دهه است قربانی دیکتاتوری ملایان هستیم از صمیم قلب از خواست دموکراتیک مردم سوریه برای زندگی آزاد از دیکتاتوری رژیم اسد دفاع می کنیم و در این فاجعه انسانی، که به مرگ نیم میلیون سوری و آوارگی میلیون ها نفر مردم بی دفاع منجر شده، ما خود را در کنار مردم رنج‌دیده سوریه می بینیم.

ما عمیقا متاسف ایم-که نتوانسته ایم- جلوی مشارکت مستقیم حاکمان ایران در جنایات رژیم بشار اسد علیه مردم سوریه را بگیریم. ما از سران حکومت اسلامی ایران قویا می خواهیم, فورا نیروهایشان را از سوریه خارج کنند؛ به حمایت از دیکتاتور بشار اسد در سوریه خاتمه دهند؛ و به خواست دموکراتیک مردم سوریه برای حاکمیت ملی و تعیین سرنوشت خود احترام بگذارند.

We the undersigned stand absolutely against involvement of Iran's regime in the devastating civil war in Syria and elsewhere in the world. As Iranians, we have been suffering for almost four decades under the mullah's brutal dictatorship, so we understand very well the democratic aspirations of Syrian people and we sympathize with their struggle to set themselves free from the al-Assad's dictatorship.
The civil war in Syria, which has caused half a million death and 9 millions refugees and internally displaced people, is a colossal human disaster of our time. Like most people of the world, we want to tell our Syrian brothers and sisters that we find ourselves deeply unsettled by your unspeakable suffering.

We are deeply regretful that we had not done enough to stop Iran's involvement in the al-Assad crimes against humanity. We urge the leaders of Iran to immediately withdraw their forces form Syria and stop supporting the al-Assad's brutal regime. We urge all the political players involved in the Syrian devastating war to respect Syrian people rights to live in peace, security and democracy.
