My 2 children before termination was Jordan Xavier Reinbold D.O.B 02/05/2006 and David Zander Reinbold D.O.B. 02/28/2008. I did everything that the Isabella County Department of Human Services had asked me to do in order to do a reunification. After we had did everything that we were told to do and all oof our in-home inspections had passed they terminated my rights. They had no reason to terminate my rights when I had cooperated with everything that they had asked me to do. I know I wass screwed out of having my children. They tried saying that there was no way that we could take care of our children. We could. We had a placce to live that was stable and if our children had a doctors appointment we would take the bus. We even had people that would give us rides to their appointments. Now that I'm on my own I have a vehicle and a steady income and I can still take care of my children just as I was able to back befor ethey terminated my rights. They had absolutely no right when I say again I did everything and cooperated with everything that they asked me to do. The Isabella County Department of Human Services has been known to take parents chilren for no reason. I knew a girl that you couldnt even walk into her home let alone stand the smell of it. I do way better by keeping my house clean even tho you could actually walk through my home and I do everything thats asked of me andd I get my rights terminated but yet she got her daughter back. Im not going to apologize but don't you all think that if I cooperated andd didd everything that was asked of me I should have my rights back and my children back? I think so too. In fact the Isabella County Department of Human Serivces had absolutely no right to take my children from me. I remember when we went to court and all the people fron the Department of Human Services and the people from Eightcap didnt have any of their paper work that had to do with the case and we ended up having to reschedule and most of their answers was "I don't know" or "maybe". We noticed that alot of the people that were called to the stand except for myself and their dad all lied on the stand making up stuff that had nothing to do with the case. I would like to appeal that my case gets looked over again because I had no reason to lose my rights to my kids let alone have them taking from me. I wasnt doing drugs I wasnt drinking nor smoking but yet they say we were smoking. Show me proof where are the pictures that you took of my home because no one from Eightcap or the Isabella County Department of Human Services never took any photos of our home anytime that they had came over to our home to do an inspection. So I ask all of you to please look over my case cause frankly I desrve to have my kids I did everything that was asked of me and I cooperated with no problem at all but yet you "stole" my kids from me cause frankly all you care about is taking parents kids and making their life miserable while you sit at home laughing about it and joking about it when I've seen you do the same thing to your kids so I dont want to hear it!!!.
