We the undersigned DEMAND that Irish Water & the Irish Government immediately release the payment figures for the Water Charges. 

AND that the Government and the media STOP attempting to give the false impression that Water Bills can be deducted from our incomes.

The Taoiseach has left the threat of proposed new legislation hanging in the air until after the first payment dates pass to attempt to intimidate people into paying. But there is nothing to fear – they cannot take this from wages, welfare or pensions without a court case. Faced with hundreds of thousands of non-payers attempting to bring people to court will result in the courts being blocked up.

Kenny’s ignorant Dail remark shows how the government is rocked & proposed legislation is no ‘silver bullet’ to Irish Water Boycott

They are not releasing the figures because there is a mass boycott of the bills taking place and they do not want to encourage people to join that boycott. From the Taoiseach’s reaction in the Dail the government seem rattled because Irish Water is sinking.
