In the face of Ireland being mentioned in the Epstein Files for the trafficking of a 13 year old to " politicians and notable men", Michael Martin left his gentle remark of having "no knowledge". Rather than looking any further for the answers the government spoke without speaking showing no evidence into further investigation. A government that doesn't look out for the wellbeing of our children is one that is failing at its foundation of humanity. Leaders who preach elusive, hollow remarks as there is nothing else persued show how they lack the foundation to simple care‼️‼️

In this petition I'm looking for signatures to call for the Minister of Justice to review Investigation into Gardaí procedures of the Epstein File emails specifically EFTA00038674 and EFTA00578946. Under the Criminal Law (Human Trafficking) act 2008 and Criminal Law (Human Trafficking) (Amendment) Act of 2013 the Gardaí are obliged with evidence to pursue these alligations yet no disclosure to the public had been done to showcase this possible national security issue. We the undersigned are looking for accountability.

Petition to Review Garda Investigative Procedures and Oversight due to the lack of follow up from the emails of Jeffrey Epstein from Department of Justice under the Criminal Law (Human Trafficking) act 2008 and Criminal Law (Human Trafficking) (Amendment) Act of 2013. 

We, the undersigned, petition the Houses of the Oireachtas to direct the Minister for Justice to commission a formal review into the adequacy of Garda investigative procedures and the subsequent oversight by Fiosrú in relation to the sex trafficking of a minor to politicians and "notable men within Ireland" (DOJ Epstein Files). We request that the Committee invites representatives from the Department of Justice to explain the current policy for ensuring public accountability when significant evidence of injustice is presented but not acted upon.

There is a growing perception that oversight mechanisms are insufficient into the investigation to address sex trafficking of a minor within Ireland from the evidence within the Epstein Files. The shock of witnessing these inciting files of "national security" by the FBI have left the general public uncomfortable in Gardaí's handling. The signed below are looking for further investigations to be carried out to find accountability from these “politicians and notable men” within our country under the criminal law act of 2024 (Sexual Offenses and Human Trafficking), 2008 (Criminal Law Human Trafficking) and the 2013 Amendment Act by the Gardaí Síochána. 

The emails obtained by the Department of Justice have included Ireland and its allegations inciting of their occurrence of sexual exploitation intentions and events comes from 2 documents specifically: EFTA00038674 and EFTA00578946.
