Dear signatories, supporters, friends.

There are several edits to the Petition that you all should be made aware of. 

The title of petition is changed, with words 'safe' replaced with 'peaceful,' and the word 'enclave' added; enclave is defined as a place or region with people of different and distinct ethnicity than the people in the regions outside of enclave. We know Parsis are a minority now, yet one can hope that in the not too distant future more Parsis will make Udvada their home, if Parsi colony/ baug/ is built here and Parsis can find employment nearby, at Udvada Station or Vapi or Daman where Parsi enterpreneurs exist ( there are a few factories in Vapi and Daman which are Parsi owned), or Parsi enterpreneurs establish factories and businesses. The contents of petition include  clauses about this as well as a point is made that any new construction in Udvada should be with a Persian facade ( as some buildings in Mumbai constructed by Delna Construction) 

The title also now includes the words " A Vision" that has meanings at several levels, like visions can become realities.

The petition is now concluded with an emphasis on fact that this petition is not a legal document or is making any legal demands on the petition recipients.

And the signature count now stands at a modest 10,447 which can only increase with your united determined efforts. 

The petition has already been submitted to the Udvada Nine Family Shahenshai Athornan Anjuman Fund vis their email on 11th July 2025, but there has been no response so far.

Would you please contact them, ie where someone knows the Vada Dasturjis or members of the Nav Kutumbis and find out how the petition has been treated?

Thanks again, please kindly get more signatures. Petition points like a better more effective security, a Police Station, a better equipped medical clinic are achievable in the short term.
