Update regarding Thomas_Artieno212's usernames

In case you didn't know, Thomas_Artieno212 changes his username periodically. Because of this, he is good at evading bans and confusing developers, and does this quite often. Initially artieno1thomas1, he first changed his username to TrainDude3985_Thomas, next back to artieno1thomas1, and then Thomas_Artieno212 (as of February 20th, 2023). 

Hence, please identify him by his initial username, artieno1thomas1. Sorry for the confusion!
