My family has been wrong fully evicted, from our land that we own and have run for over 80 plus years while also being connected to the land through Maori Ancestry , 2 major Maori Organizations, The Maori Land Court and Te Tumu Paeroa, are at the thick of this battle, changing documents to suit their needs, missing minutes from court sittings, denying access to important documents that would seal our case, court adjournments to squeeze money and last but not least offering the land to high members of the Maori land court e.g. cheif Judge Wilson Issac. The other part, Te Tumu Paeroa , an Administration company formed to help family's are the ones trying to evict our family, our land is prime land and from court sittings discovered it was the highest valued property on their books, what they are trying to do is straight confiscation of our land , the major reason I am unsure, but their business administers an estimated 88 million DOLLARS of land owners a year, they have also restructured their business to include property development and also I am fully aware of the demand for sustainable water from OVERSEAS buyers, and our property is very plentiful, maybe it could be the straight value and potential to develop it for personal gain, and equity use is also a possibility.

I want a petition to get these organizations investigated into how they spend their money, and how they acquire there assets, because Maori are not benefiting at all from their existence, im not the only family effected, and I WON’T be the last, this isnt an asset to us, its a spirit connection, we live with the land not to mention we own it,  I know there is something to hide there, just want an investigation into how there running their business, plus everyone connected to it

This must be stopped  from happening again while returning our land and others land also  .
