We lived in Oceanside CA until recently by Marine Base Camp Pendleton.l. Not far from the beach at Carlsbad by million dollar homes where wood skiffs were coming ashore at high tide by children making sand castles. We called Camp Pendleton and a private answered the phone, I reported the invasion. He did not know about it. Think about that. Camp Pendleton Marine Base a very short distance from that beach invasion, did nothing and claimed not to know about it!
