This is an update for my supporters not the FAKE "John Smith" of Lehighton who is either a former abusive coworker of mine or a member of management trying to destroy my petition.
Today this ABUSER at the USPS issued me a 7 day "working" suspension for coming into work "out of uniform" on March 13th. Only this time she wrote down that on that day I was wearing "green, fuzzy socks". Actually I had on black compression socks that day. The only thing that is "fuzzy" about this is that my ABUSER just happens to be a DRUG USER. They have a long criminal record of theft, driving without a license and insurance, disorderly conduct/ prostitution and DRUGS. Yes indeed their criminal record is as long as the line at the DMV and it's available online for anyone to see at no charge (do not get into trouble with the law folks or everyone will be able to know). And my ABUSER has been known to talk to customers at the Post Office window about doing drugs and several employees have found this manager in charge passed out on their office chair at least twice. Now they can't even remember what socks I was wearing? You try to fire me for my socks and can't even remember what type of socks I was wearing that day? Seriously??? This is even a new low for the USPS considering it is the USPS. A DRUG-USER, ABUSER.
They also changed their story this time stating they told me to go home and change my socks and come back. LIE! This is not the first time they have been deceitful. They have been caught lying several times in this office and are a SERIAL, PATHOLOGICAL LIAR, a trait that seems all too common in USPS management. $100 worth of money from a customer went missing in our office and everyone here knows all too well who took that money. Not to mention the $12 that was stolen from a letter carrier. By hook or by crook? How about by DRUGGIE?
Their suspected drug usage at work was reported in the past both to USPS Inspectors and the Office of Inspector General by several employees. Nothing was done. It's no wonder then this ABUSER decides to cover up serious crimes in this office and come after me for BLACK COMPRESSION SOCKS. They are a criminal themselves.
I'm not worried about this 7 day suspension. The union will get it thrown out just as they threw out every single piece of discipline I received in the past by 2 disgusting, evil and vile individuals. Although I think my branch president deserves a raise just for having to put up with this BS.
Today while at work I noticed she's still allowing my coworkers to be out of uniform. Nothing is said to them. Hmmm, how interesting 🤔
