Why This Matters
They officially listed a stranger—Daquan Beerman, an inmate in Florida from a 2020 case—as my CO-DEFENDANT. I am a 100% disabled, single black female Veteran. I have never met this man. This is a fraudulent attempt to smear my character and bypass NJ Court Rule 3:15-1.
The Victory: TikTok Censorship FAILED
Whoever from that list of 31 tried to flag my TikTok Live to stop the exposure—YOU LOST. TikTok reviewed my appeal and RESTORED my content. They recognized this is a matter of high public interest.
Monday Morning: 9:00 AM
I am walking into that Zoom with 4 pounds of evidence, a filed appeal, and the eyes of the DOJ on every person listed above. They wanted to handle a "homeless vet" in the shadows. I brought the sun.
