I am naming the people who think my life, my military service, and my daughter’s safety are a joke.
Katie Klowdski and her law firm, McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP, have shown exactly who they are. This isn’t just "legal representation." It is a calculated culture of racism and discrimination that targets the most vulnerable. They have knowingly used forged documents—specifically a handwritten registration card that the Monmouth County Police have already scanned for a criminal investigation—to try and justify an illegal lockout.
The McElroy Deutsch "Jacket": A History of Fraud and Malice
Katie Klowdski and her partners want to judge my "jacket," but they should look at their own. This firm is currently drowning in its own legal and ethical scandals:
• The $1.5 Million Internal Fraud: While this firm lectures me on "policy," their own Chief Financial Officer (CFO), John Dunlea, pleaded guilty in 2024 to embezzling over $1.5 million from the firm to fund luxury vacations and international flights. If they couldn't catch a million-dollar thief in their own executive office for five years, their "records" and "oversight" cannot be trusted.
• Sued for Malicious Prosecution: In October 2024, a New Jersey judge ruled that a former Director of the firm, Nicole Alexander, could pursue a claim of Malicious Prosecution against McElroy Deutsch. Her lawyers stated: "It may be great sport for McElroy to destroy a former employee's life, but this claim was wrongful when it was filed." They are doing the exact same thing to me.
• Active Appellate Dockets: They are currently defending their conduct in Docket No. A-0345-23 and Docket No. A-002334-24-T1. They are not the "prestige" firm they claim to be; they are frequent defendants in misconduct cases.
• The 2026 Data Breach: As of March 13, 2026, this firm is under investigation for a massive data breach that compromised the Social Security numbers and medical info of their clients. They can't even secure their own files, yet they want to police my home and my service animal’s status.
Discrimination Beyond Words
You don’t have to use a slur for me to know how you view me. I see it in the body language of Katie Klowdski. I see it in the way Judge Andrea Marshall reminds me of "my place" by ignoring police evidence of forgery. They treat a Black female veteran as "less than" because they believe the system will always take the word of a corporate firm over the truth of a mother.
Justice for Manni and Jonajah
My daughter, is a victim of their bias. She has lost her home and her documented service animal, Manni, because this firm decided that "winning" was more important than human life. Manni’s death is on their hands.
We Will Not Get Tired
They are trying to "stall me out" and tire me out with wrongful arrests and constant court dates, but they are failing.
• We have an Appellate Stay.
• We have an ongoing Prosecutor's investigation into the forgery.
• I have put the NJSP Troop C on notice for the wrongful actions at 61 Woodville where I called 911 first.
I am standing on the truth. This is for every veteran who fought for rights that are now being stripped away by corporate greed and judicial bias.
