Chisago county child protection determination of Jayce and Noahs father from when he received his charges as it relates to his prison sentence he has been serving for the last 4 years. 

The neighboring County stated that there was a preponderance of evidence of threatened sexua abuse of my 2 children and they had made a maltreatment determination and instructed me on how to protect my boys. 

Yet Isanti county had allowed my rights to now be terminated and did NOT TERMINATE the rights to their father. Instead they made it so I can no longer see or speak to my children but signed documents to allow the children to go see their father in prison. They have promoted and even forced the children to also do prison phone calls several times a day with this man, but terminated all contact with me when I reported child abuse within the foster home. Retaliation against me abd my children for doing what was right!

Conner who is not related and mikes son, has now been placed with Jayce and Noah in this man's parents home and terminated our parental rights and is now having my ex's (reg sex offender to be released next year) parents adopt my son so then there would be no restriction to him being paroled to their home. Where he will then be allowed to be a father after falsely reporting me for the last 7 years to child protection because he didn't want to pay child support. 

Do you think this is fair? Do you think ICHS is protecting children? Do you think Judge Wynn made a best interests findings as it relates to this that was accurate and legally understood? If not share this! So that isabti county can be investigated for not only this, but several other cases that are coming to light from this petition! NO CHILD DESERVES TO BE ABUSED!!!! social workers, police, judges, attorneys need to be held liable when this stuff happens inside the child protection system!
