The appeal process is underway,

Our attorneys Brice Norton and Carrie Doom have both submitted their Briefs to the appeals courts in regard to the TPR order from Judge Heather Wynn. the state and Miranda Jansen on behalf of the ICHS has submitted their responsive briefs. The date is set for Oral arguments to be herd on October 3 of 2024 and 10:40am. People are welcome to come to Oral arguments. Some hearings can attract large crowds and seating first comes first serve. The Appeals courts I will say are very different then a district court and they are very professional and everyone who attends will need to be very respectful even though like me I want to scream at everyone. 

I am researching to see if there is anything that we can do prior to and after the hearing to help in decision process such as flyers and stuff and will update anyone who would like to participate. Pease email me or call 320-496-5869.

My goal would be to get news coverage there and to do that I will need the help of you and everyone who has signed the petition, if you could reach out to the news departments and our state reps and just explain the situations and that these children need help and that Isanti county needs to be investigated, we need to start standing up for our children in our community and I need your help to save mine!!
