Sense our rights to our 3 boys have been terminated, our attorney filed post trial relief requesting a new trial on newly discovered evidence in that the children sense being removed from the old foster are reporting abuse. The judge Heather Wynn denied our motion. Just like she has denied every motion and request filed from everyone but the social workers. 

Appeal is being drafted and will be done. This will be the final stop to try and get justice for the abuse on our children the agency removing our children from our home illegally and destroying our family. I would greatly still appreciate signatures because even if I loose my case changes need to be made in our community. 

I have discovered that it isanti county alone, that there are hundreds if people who have dealt with this system and were left with broken family's. Abused children, and their lives changed forever without any support, services or help from the agency for the crippling effects they caused.

I want to take this petition and present this with my questionare I've submitted in my.community to the board of comissioners. I'm DEMANDING change, if not for my kids for every other kid that has yet to be effected by corrupt and intentionally biased system.
