Visitation suspended for 3 time

The foster parent filed a HRO against me and my kids for allegations I didn't do, either way it was given to a different judge not knowing there was a tpr in the same courts stating I have visitations rights, the judge signed the order ex parte. There is now 3 court orders in the same court all saying something different either way I can't see or talk to my kids and they call this reunification efforts? I just want to see my kids before they tell me I can never see them again! My heart is breaking please keep sharing and signing!
