Investigate (Gotti Prosecutor) Diane Giacalone & Dist. Atty. Anne Donnelly's unlawful acts
The Issue

As a Verizon Staff Manager, my dedication to ensuring a just and equal working environment led me to officially report instances of verifiable discrimination against black and minority employees perpetrated by the sole Verizon H.R. Manager responsible for such.
My commitment to truth and accountability was met with wrongful accusations of sexual harassment, despite my identity as a gay individual, support from witnesses knowing the charges were false, and the fact that similar accusations against others were found "without merit."
This retaliatory behavior, led and supported by Diane Giacalone and Anne Donnelly not only undermined my career and integrity, leading to resignation and threats of being placed on the sexual predator list, but also purposely hindered the efforts to address the serious violations (such as the illegal concealment from regulators of the theft of company property) that persist within our justice system and corporate environments.
The attached article from Black News UK highlights multiple instances of unlawful conduct by then, Verizon Executive Director, Diane Giacalone, a former prosecutor of John Gotti, and Anne Donnelly, the Nassau County District Attorney neither of which maintain the moral and ethical fortitude to be considered women of integrity.
Their unlawful actions are suspected to involve violations of FCC, SEC, and PUC rules alongside significant civil rights infringements against Verizon employees, events easily verifiable through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
In light of this, it is imperative to conduct a thorough review of all cases handled by Diane Giacalone and Anne Donnelly.
Consideration should be given to dismissing these cases if they are found tainted by misconduct. Such actions undermine the integrity of our legal institutions and fail the public's trust.
Instances of discrimination and unlawful activity & the violation of their civil rights cast long shadows over the lives of individuals involved and our society at large. The economic and emotional toll it takes on innocent people cannot be overstated.
Every individual's rights should be protected against discriminatory practices and any form of injustice. Engaging in a transparent legal redress for these egregious acts is the first step towards restoring faith in our systems and ensuring that such violations do not happen again.
I call upon concerned citizens and potential allies to support this petition, demanding accountability and justice. Your signature will be instrumental in demonstrating the public's intolerance for corruption and prejudice within our justice system. Please sign this petition to urge higher authorities to investigate Diane Giacalone and Anne Donnelly, ensuring the safeguarding of justice for all involved.
