Gitmeid Law still ignoring me, continuing their harassment

It's quite heart breaking to see someone so close wake up every day with a look of hopelessness, no appetite and further harassed by this company. I've asked Gitmeid Law to politely remove my parents from their program but they've completely ignored for 5 days while continuing to bombard my elderly father with emails and calls. Unfortunately I've been shipped overseas and am not there to help and I feel nothing except stress, guilt and anger every day I wake up. Currently I have no ETA for getting back to the US. Any advice? I've been told to file complaints so we've started a site to help anyone else in this position. It is currently a work in progress.
