The picture says it all! As ALS progresses, its victims become increasingly "locked-in". Some have called this The Glass Coffin. As an ALS victim, I couldn't agree more. 

I personally thank you for supportng this petition. This support is what leads to change. However, more support does indeed make a bigger splash. Will you please help me make a bigger splash? Will you please forward this petition to at least 10 of your email contacts? Include a short message of why this is important to you. It doesnt have to be a long novel, just a few sentences can do the job. Then, ask them to do the same thng: forward to at least 10 email contacts along with a short note. Heck, if time is tight, or you can't find the right words, simply forward this email "as is". The important thing is to REACH TEN PEOPLE. 

In the coming days, ask those close to you about ALS. Ask your roommate! Ask your parents! Ask your children! Ask your boo! Ask your spouse! Ask your neighbor! Ask your boss! Ask your grandparents! Ask your postman. Ask your banker. Ask your doctor. Ask your drive-thru cashier! Well, you get the point.  All ALS patients need this! Please sign and share!
