There was a Duplin County Commissioners meeting last night where a previous DCAS employee spoke. Not only was she cut off at exactly three minutes (while a previous speaker was allowed more time), but the management at DCAS was also in attendance and felt the need to laugh while she was sharing her experience as an employee. This behavior is unacceptable and shows the true character of the ones we have in charge of animals’ lives.
