New Council Tax Changes to protect the most vulnerable households

We are still seeking  to engage with the BBC and other media organisations and channels.

There has been a huge increase in councils using intimidating rogue bailiffs to reclaim council debt making debt collectors profit millions whilst, people in debt struggle to pay the ballooning extra costs.

At present residents in Enfield are being chased by another firm of Bailiffs called EQUITA for council tax arrears. They do not respond to emails, they then visit increasing the debt even more whilst leaving threatening texts that they are going to remove property. In one recent case they sent over eighty individual letters to the same address demanding payment in full. 

The whole reason why someone is in debt in the first place is because they cannot afford it, they should not be punished further by being harassed or having their goods removed.
