I. DETAILS OF INVOLVED STAFF
Initial Responding Worker: Unknown Female Worker (Refused to identify herself or show credentials)
Involved Case Workers/Supervisors: Amber Conley, Chaslin Thomas, and Steven Yates
Agency: [birke County] Department of Social Services (DSS)
II. CHRONOLOGY OF EVENTS & VIOLATIONS
1. Saturday, June 27, 2026 – Unlawful Entry, Abuse, and Coercive Removal
Unlawful Entry & Refusal of Identification: An unidentified female DSS worker forced entry ("busted in") to my home. She refused to state her name or present official credentials when requested.
Discrimination: During her assessment, she made openly discriminatory remarks regarding my household, specifically referencing my cats.
Physical Abuse / Molestation: During her interaction with my children, the worker engaged in inappropriate physical contact and molestation. (Note: This is a criminal matter and is being reported to law enforcement).
Coercive Removal: The worker removed my children from the home by threatening me with immediate arrest by the sheriff if I did not comply, bypassing proper emergency removal protocols.
2. Monday, June 29, 2026 – Collusion, Obstruction, and Deceptive Tactics
Obstruction of Abuse Report: I attempted to report the physical abuse committed by the initial worker to Amber Conley, Chaslin Thomas, and Steven Yates. All three staff members actively dismissed the report, stating my claims of physical abuse were "irrelevant."
Deceptive Tactics to Bypass Due Process: Amber Conley and Chaslin Thomas remained at my home for nearly two hours to act as a distraction. Simultaneously, around 12:30 PM, Steven Yates went to my mother’s home and removed my children.
Delay of Legal Filings: Despite removing the children early in the afternoon, DSS did not file the official court paperwork until 6:30 PM, intentionally delaying my access to the court.
3. Wednesday, July 1, 2026 – Failure of Service and Due Process
Lack of Prior Service: I was not legally served with the removal petition or hearing notice until I was physically inside Courtroom 2 on Wednesday, July 1st, at approximately [11:00 AM / 1:00 PM], denying me the opportunity to prepare or secure representation.
4. Post-Hearing Violations (July 1, 2026 – Present)
Violation of Court Orders: On July 1, the Court issued a 72-hour order directing DSS to establish and facilitate visitation between myself and my children.
Withholding Contact: As of today, July 16, 2026, DSS has completely failed to comply with the court's order. I have not been permitted to see or have contact with my children, in direct contempt of a judge's directive.
III. ACTIONS REQUESTED
Immediate Internal Investigation: A comprehensive inquiry into the physical abuse committed by the unidentified female worker on June 27, and the subsequent cover-up/collusion by Amber Conley, Chaslin Thomas, and Steven Yates.
Immediate Compliance with Court Orders: The immediate facilitation of my court-ordered visitation.
Preservation of Records: Immediate preservation of all casework notes, audio recordings, emails, and internal communications regarding my family from June 27, 2026, forward.
