I sent a physical (snail mail) letter to the company that owns the game: Ponera. (When you pay for game features, the money is received by Ponera.) I included information about what is going on in the game, and a copy of the petition signatures.

I have also emailed them, and called (leaving many messages).

Finally, on Feb 5, 2024, I was able to get through in a call and a woman answered the phone. She told me that they received the letter, but that game administrator was too busy with other things and hadn't even read the letter. Then she promised to bring it up to him again so he would read it and fix things.

Two days later, Feb 7, 2024: I called again to ask if they're looking into things as they said they would. They told me that they do not have time to look into the problem, and rudely told me to not call Ponera again. That is a sad disappointment. To be treated this way is very sad, not only as a player, but as a paying customer.
