Prevention of Cyber Terrorism & Radicalization ACT  [ PCTR ]

Tackling extremism, terrorism and identifying radical groups on PC multi player interactive old encrypted games, monitoring and disbanding the radical groups that aim to spread religious hatred, radical propaganda and recruit young men and women into terrorist organized groups to spread chaos and mayhem.  This petition is aimed at protecting our future generations, children and keeping them at least more safer from turning into radical extremists and finding ideologies attractive. 

Passing on official law through out the nationwide State Senate & international European commission and Asian Unions.
