As a former high school teacher and filmmaker I have talked with many young people aged 14-25 about the "new" dating scene. Did you know many young ladies have never been on a date? Young men now are only interested in physical and often abnormal acts. A large percentage of both sexes have "given up" finding a life partner due to a lack of romance.
This is largly due to the the portrayal of relationships in pornography. Since the acts are purely physical and often harsh or abusive our youth are "opting out" of the current trend of "tinder" and "Netflix and chill" purely physical relationships.
We need to get young oeople back on track. One part of fixing this problem is to get all pornography "on the same page" by corralling them all into one Doman name extension. Instead of .com moving them all to .XXX will mark them all as unsafe for our kids.
Step two is to make all .XXX domains blocked by default on all devices. Anyone can "opt-in" and choose to watch adult material, so we are censoring no content. This step will help parents to block adult material by default. Any adult can simply click "yes I want to see adult material" in the browser if they choose. But, it will be impossible to surprise online traffic with adult material, which will end the temptation.
Finally, the last step is to make all adult material charge for their content. It can be just one cent on a credit card, but no adult content can be displayed unless the user pays a fee, which makes it difficult for young people to view porn.

Elon Musk, our brightest inventor and entrepreneur, has said that the biggest danger to the USA is a diminished population of potential tech workers.
