BSI sees the crisis, sees the need, and sees the lives that can be saved: BSI ventilator Standards are free. CEN (@Standards4EU) and ISO (@isostandards) continue to sit in deliberation.

Collot Giovanni responded: CEN and CENELEC are monitoring closely the situation and it might be that the list of ENs available at the European level will see the addition of other standards, provided the National Standardization Bodies agree. As you will see, the standard you mention (ISO 11.040.10) is currently missing from the list: as it is an ISO standard – adopted at the European level - , its availability needs to be discussed with ISO. In any case, we will take into account your request and will update you, should there be any developments.
