MVT Vrindavan Sanctuary for Prabhupada's Society

On February 12, I emailed the MVT Guesthouse and Restaurant and other ISKCON authorities, with my concerns about Dhanurdhar Swami.
MVT (Mayapur Vrindavan Trust) sought direction from ISKCON Child Protection Office.
Based on the response from CPO (Child Protection Office), Dhanurdhar Swami was asked not to enter MVT premises.
On February 26, 2020, Dhanurdhar Swami agreed to comply.
It’s difficult to call anything about this topic “good news,” but this change will allow space for healing and reflection.
For over 20 years, MVT Guesthouse & Restaurant, ashram residences have been an important sanctuary and home base for my own personal spiritual pilgrimages to Vrindavan, India. MVT is especially cherished because it is peaceful and direct shelter of Srila Prabhupada, the beloved Guru of my parents.
It brings my heart incredible relief now that I can visit and stay there, with my own children ~ knowing that Srila Prabhupada’s legacy has a future, with spiritual healing and nourishment available there for generations to come!
I would like to personally start a Prasadam Gift Fund for Vrindavan Gurukula Veterans/Alumni to have a meal at the MVT Restaurant.
When I visit other temples around Vrindavan, it touches my heart when the temple community often insists upon giving me some Prasadam before I leave the premises. I wanted to create a way for the Gurukula Alumni to receive this personal gesture of love and welcome, if they return to Vrindavan. I realize that this may seem small and frivolous, compared to such challenging topics, but love and healing has to start with the basics.
Prasadam = LOVE
Sincerely,
Krishna Devata d.d.
