AerLingus Announces Restricted Change Fee Policy

Hi all! 

As of today, AerLingus announced that they are waiving change fees on existing bookings - however, you can only change your existing flight to a new flight up until May 31st. You must book by March 25th. 

AerLingus was backed into a corner and had no choice but to update their policy but for most, this STILL isn't good enough. Other airlines are offering refunds or at the very least, a travel credit for the full value for the original flight good for up to one year. You may book travel whenever you wish. 

AerLingus' update is not a sudden change of heart - they are still being incredibly inflexible and have one thing only in mind: profits. We have no idea what the future holds and many do not feel comfortable booking new trips as early as April or May. Keep signing and sharing to encourage AerLingus to offer refunds and/or a flexible credit for the full value of the original flight, for ONE YEAR.
