Corona lockdown again and students

After a big time when covid in peak again, institutes are taking same decisions which students have many concerns 

In previous petitions i make some changes for improving demands and delete demands which are useless now

ICAP accept some demands and some in improving stage so this petition will be in board to deliver messages of students to institute.

But in the pandemic situation of novel COVID-19, after cancelled exam when corona affected ratio is 1M to One person. They now held exam when peak period of the virus is in its spike and the learning institutions are totally close The ratio of positivity of virus in the major public test is gone upto 25% according to the government official.

According to the government of Pakistan, the physically  exam and other activity that breach social distancing is restricted. The International health body WHO is giving directions on a daily basis for effective social distance.

In the peak period of the virus. When the exam will be taken with managing physical connection and sharing high amount of documents in the exam area without testing. High risk for virus transferred is concerned.

As the daily basis of protest against HEC and ICAP in social media is gone high

Icap should take concern of students and give reliefs.

at govt. side they give  promotion of students from KG to 12 grade.
