These are two of many incidents that have occurred on both these streets. Many vehicles in the neighborhood use Wilson Boulevard and Meyer Avenue as a shortcut to get to Hooker Avenue speeding through the streets without care. Wilson Boulevard, intersecting with Myer Avenue, is a residential area where children frequently walk and families live in constant apprehension due to the unchecked speeding vehicles.
