On March 16, 2019, an Instagram user under the handle @preston.mcduffie05 poster a video of him abusing his cat by dragging it into a door frame and closing the door on its tail. The cat screams as it tries to get its tail out from the door and runs off screen when Preston McDuffie opens the door laughing saying “Ha ha. That cheered me up.” The post was reported countless times by users who shared it saying to report it. The only response Instagram has given the user who reported it was that it would be “Marked as possibly unsettling for some users” or “There was no violence found”. Please help to have the post removed and Preston charged with animal cruelty/abuse!
