My mom current situation

My mom is currently still in the Harford county detention center, the detention once again was put on lock due to another outbreak of covid. My mother has had very low oxygen levels and on 12-26-2021 a Sunday morning at 5:30am the staff had to call the doctor at home because my mom oxygen was very low the doctor order the medical staff to do a chest x-ray on her STAT a day later she showed positive for covid and staff informed her there is no need for a chest X-ray well they finally did one 1-6-22, well my mom is no longer on quarantine for covid-19 but as of now she is still on a oxygen machine. The detention center also told her unless she tells them why she wants a grievance form they are unable to give her one, they currently have her in population where all new imates come in so she is on lock all day, Heath wise mental wise she is getting worse by the day
