The 'CARELESS DRIVING' penalties are NOT enough when it comes to the DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY of a person (adult or child), caused by an OFFENDING DRIVER.

This is an anomaly in VICTORIA's ROAD LAWS.

Any family and friends of a victim in Victoria may be faced with this as the only charge the police can turn to because the police are UNABLE to PROVE the OFFENDING DRIVER wasn't driving DANGEROUSLY.

WE are requesting that our legal legislators review this anomaly.
