Mike Spence and a clerk of courts in the District Court been harassing,  intimidating me refuses to give me my records and my files. so I can follow apeal a lot of corruption is going on at District Court when the judge granted me my files and my record. It seemed like they have a lot of interest in Legal Aid and Mary Winchell that they can mistreat the poor, fatherless and widows here in Shreveport by illegally putting a eviction behind their name for speaking up for justice... Mike Spence and the Clerks of Court should be non-biased they even had the police to stand on my right and left side when I brung it to their matters that they are wrong.
