A neighbor on nextdoor said he had called the village and thought they were already planning to fix it. 

I called today and confirmed that since they have already seen the issues at Kensington and Waterman, they are very far along in the process. They were pleasantly surprised at the response on this Petition. 

They did a study, got bids and are planning to have traffic lights in early 2026!!!

Northwest Highway and Waterman is a different matter. This is a state route under the management of IDOT. I was told they might have done a study as result of the fatality. I'm reaching out to them to find out.
