Summary

The local authority colluded with Rushey Green Primary School who failed to protect my five year old son. When I demanded he be kept safe after he returned from school with head injuries and neck scratches, they punished and silenced us instead of investigating.

Key Updates

-The local authority falsified records to minimise or obscure the incidents.

- They ignored statutory guidance and legislation governing safeguarding.

- Allowed senior staff to relinquish roles without accountability, evading scrutiny for their failures.

- Misused safeguarding powers to target and intimidate a parent raising legitimate concerns.

A vulnerable child was left unprotected, my family endured an unlawful and distressing investigation, and I was forced to fight the systems meant to keep children safe.

There should be an independent, transparent review into the handling of this case, addressing record integrity, legal compliance, senior staff accountability, and the misuse of safeguarding procedures.

Please continue and sign and share to hold those responsible to account whilst changing this rotten systemic dysfunction.
