To the owners of Indus Valley restaurant Phuman and Billa Singh: 

You have systematically stolen wages, tips, and overtime from your workers. 

You have physically and verbally abused those workers.

You deprived twelve men living wages, providing them illegal effective hourly wages as low as $2.70.

You owe those twelve delivery workers and dishwashers a total of one million dollars. 

You have demeaned our rule of law by refusing to respond to the lawsuit demanding that you remunerate your workers.

You are a shame to our community and we demand that you pay the workers their stolen wages immediately.
