I am urging Senator ____ to lead the charge and call a vote to remove Senator Chuck Schumer from his position as Senate Minority Leader.

After weeks of constituents demanding that Democrats use this rare & precious point of leverage on the government funding bill, Schumer did the opposite. His unwillingness & inability to take decisive action on key issues, - his FAILURE - have made it clear that new leadership is needed. If he will not step down, then our Maryland Senators must remove him to make way for leaders who are ready to fight for the American people.

I want to thank the Senator for their commitment to constituents in voting NO on the Continuing Resolution, but they cannot stop here. Americans desperately need a real opposition party to stand up to Trump and fight his administration’s fascist takeover of our democracy.
