‎Stealing‬ Case Unveiled ‪#IndiGo‬'s Poor Security System::

In series of sharing my most bad experience with Indigo and a try of unveiling the irresponsible and corrupt system of Indigo, here is the outcome of investigations by Indigo on my “mobile lost case” during journey! The below are some written bits by Indigo: • “Our Jaipur airport team has checked the CCTV and could not establish any pilferage attempted to the bag at #Jaipur airport.” • “Our Mumbai airport team has checked with the staff on duty at Baggage Break Area and they are unable to detect any pilferage there.” • “We have checked with our #Mumbai and Jaipur airport for your phone at every possible location. However we are unable to locate your phone.” • “We would like to inform you that our loaders are frisked thoroughly before loading of baggage's into the aircraft or after offloading the baggage's from the aircraft by #IndiGo security personnel as a standard procedure in the entire network of #IndiGo.” • I must praise and accept that Indigo team has really very smart thieves. Under the so-called excellent security system with CCTV camera arrangements and frisking policies of Indigo, my mobile got stolen; doesn't it sound freaking funny? Let me unveil the truth dear officials of #Indigo! Thanks to local police team and inventors of GPS Location Tracers! When I requested to Jaipur Police team regarding my case, their help unveiled the truth of Indigo system. My mobile was at switch-on mode when I placed that to bag which helped in tracing my phone's locations that were as below: On 23 June at 8:05 am Traced phone location: Jaipur Airport GPS - Location #Indigo counter At 10:04 am Traced location: #Jaipur #Airport again Where my flight timings were: 8:45 to 10:15. I had reached to Mumbai at 10:30. The technology clears with evidences that my mobile was lost at Jaipur Airport only. Shame on you team Indigo! The whole incident is nothing but a slap on the system and #policies of #Indigo. In fact their statements prove that either they have an extremely poor customer care management or Indigo has pathetic human resources. What a concave system do you have Indigo? Or who knows, this all is a regular part of your system where the Junior Level Staff steals the stuff of customers and the High Level #Customer #Support #Team keep veiling this corrupted system of dirt through emails. Because after all everyone must have their percentage on theft items, right? A big thumps-down to you #Indigo! As now I have evidences that show the truth, I ask as a customer to #Indigo, “I wonder, how you manage to keep up your branding with such disgusting services?” I also raise one to my friends reading this, “How we common people will survive in such a corrupted system?” I am fed up and want #media, who show mirror to our society, to come and have glance on my open letter to raise voice of this common man of India who has recently been bitten by the same insect of “#Corrupted #System” who has been making the base of our country hollow from the root.
