I travelled a number of times in April'16 through indigo airlines and found that they resort similar to surge pricing. Indigo unnecessarily burden travellers with high fares when most of their flights are less than 70 percent occupied. Indigo will not be able to sustain with this attitude. Customers, if not happy, will not make repeat purchases from this airlines leading to its fall. On the other hand reasonable pricing will bring in more customers from 2A class (train) passenger category.
