So I with the help of a very intelligent person, created an E-Petition for the Lily cam to go forward to the Federal Government. I learned that our federal government will not except it as it has a Provincial content, meaning health services. Hospitals are under Provincial control not federal, so I am now task with creating another E-Petition that can be excepted Federally. I will have to create it so it and my provincial one end up assisting each other and forcing all our Governments to work together. Provincial, Territorial  and Federal, I will not stop until I succeed in making these changes possible and in the end saving the lives of many and creating a healthcare system where all people feel safe. Please share this Petition and ask your family, your friends to support this petition, because it is getting noticed and it is being watched.
