I would like to start this off by saying I have had some major break throughs already but I will not lie. This is going to take some time but I am pushing everyday I can and I am learning, reading and understanding what's important to everyone. I want to talk about 2 main issues and the title says it all. 1 The privacy issues of the Lily cam and why there is nothing to worry about. Most of you if not all of you know Police are starting to wear Cameras on their person, some already have them and they are slowly being distributed slowly through out Canada now. They all do already have cameras in their cars and the audio devise is on their person. Depending on the situation and the severity of said crime or regular house call depends on how simple to get the information is. #1 if other people are involved then allot of times court orders are needed and video experts called in to edit tape for voices and or blurring out certain individual's.  In a case such as my wanting the video audio and notes from the single police officer that removed me from the hospital. I spent hours going through ATIP and that is the privacy protectors. I got approval for what I requested but it was still a bunch of red tape and I made my way through and received a letter back confirming I will receive the requested information with in 60 day's. normally they have 30 days but because of Covid 19 they requested, well told me it could take up to an extra 30 days. The video that will be done by the Lily cam would fall under the same protection act and no one can see what is recorded with out great cause and Proof of need, lawyers, Judges and lots of paperwork and time. Its nothing like the doc comes in to a patient room and some stupid or funny stuff was said and he leaves and goes and shows people the footage, cause he himself has no access to it either. The privacy issue has already been worked out and no one can view the footage without great just cause. This should help elevate some people fears and understanding of how it all works. #2 This is a very important subject as well and needs to be discussed, cause many of us are guilty of it. Judging a book by it's cover, or as I believe it is Profiling. The reason this is so important to me, is it happens from every color of people on earth. It does not matter who you are or where you come from if you just look at a person and say, (he don't look very bright) you just did it. I believe this is a huge part of Racism from every one to everyone who see things this way. Contents is so very important cause none of us truly know anything about anyone unless we take the time to get to know the (reading the contents) Person we are looking at. My wife was Racial profiled a drug addict and a drug seeker by the staff at the hospital and clinic in our town. However none of them knew my wife just her past medical record and yet her file from her last night on earth has many spots on many pages about her pain medicine  substance abuse drug abuse withdrawal drug seeking.  No where in their records was my wife's accomplishments how many years clean she was, how the day 2019 she found out she had a bit of a fatty liver and stopped drinking that day. I mean completely stopped. Her father came for a visit in 2020 and he asked her to have a drink with him, so she  decided one would not hurt and poured herself a glass of Chardonnay. She could not even finish half the glass and past it to me and said no I just can't, I was weirdly proud of her that day. I would say the reason i was so proud of her is due to the reason she gave me when she quit drinking. When I asked her why she replied with, I can't risk my life and health, because I need to be here for you until the day you die or God our Creator comes back. Which ever happens first she said to me and I hugged her so big that day cause I knew how truly important to her I was. I never before in my life felt so loved and so incredibly happy and i took a picture and its the picture this Petition is under. Besides our Creator, God, El Elyon, Adonia, and Elohim Just a few names for the same Creator my wife was the most important person in my world.  I wanted to give a few different names to our Creator to show something important to everyone. All the do believe in a Creator come from every different race and they just have a different name for the same Creator. Then there is People that do not believe in a Creator at all, But does that make them bad people. NO they are human as well, just with a different view and the only way to understand why they think this way, is to open up their book and read the contents get to know them. The reason I chose this topic for the update today is bring some clarity and understanding. I can not look at a person and know their intentions, I do not know if they have good or bad intentions and on my wife's last night, I did not know the intentions of the RN in charge. I could only hope they had good intentions and would do what they are supposed to do and save my wife. This is why the Lily Cam is a must, because we need accountability we need to feel, we are safe when we are in any life saving situation. I can say from experience and from listening to many of you. Very few people feel safe going to a hospital or even a jail house, many of us are scared and we really should not be. We are cause there is good and bad in every profession and we do not know the good or bad from the cover and in most cases we do not have the time to read the contents. So The Lily cam will cover you and change things for everyone and I do mean everyone, your skin color is not a factor.  It will protect both sides as well the doctors nurses health care providers receive abuse also and the Lily cam protects them as well. We will all be accountable and it will change things for the better cause the doctor will not just look at you and say sorry we can't help you and you leave and die in the parking lot. They will look at you and do their 100% best all the time, because they know they and their actions are capable of coming back on them if they make a major mistake or even as simple as calling you a racist name and that they will be held accountable for their actions 100% of the time.. it will change the world we live in today and help bring a brighter future for all people everywhere.
