Are you at all keeping track with the
#MooseMoratorium

Wether you are into human rights or animal rights, there's allot here.
You get to see it for yourself.

Whats happening: Outfitters and SEPAQ sold tickets for the moose Hunt where the Indigenous Algonquin Peoples said NO- for the protection of the Moose on their Ancestral Lands

The tensions arise between the peoples because corportations sold tickets to kill the moose to Sport Hunters for that section of land.

"This land belongs to us, Go somewhere Else, you have plenty of other places you can go, not here, We need a moose moratorium"
Since then, there's been an injunction served to stop the blockade, and let the hunters in.

I was there, Hunters threatened, said racists things, started a fire on the main highway, as the Indigenous people peacefully held space in efforts to protect the moose.

Outfiiters and SEPAQ where foretold since the #moosemoratorium2019 that this was going to be reoccurring. Rather than listening, they sold tags, and now hunters feel entitled due to corporate greed and misinforming the public.

The Injunction was served Yesterday
