Even though it is incredibly difficult to obtain, and needed for critical medical imaging and technology, helium is allowed to be used to launch thousands of pieces of trash into the air for people to look at for a few minutes.  This is crazy.  Please read this article, then let the following people know they need to stop the release THIS YEAR!
